Hi! I have one question about Dark Resonator's effect!!

effect: Once per turn if this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. (damage calcilation is applied normally)

So some say he is destroyed some others don't.How does his effect exactly works?

he just cant be destroyed if he is attacked by your opponent once in one turn.....
if someone attacks 2 times to this monster and tries to destroy it, the second time this monster is destroyed......
